Membership Plans

Those who wish to donate and avail membership of the MLDC Alumni Association, need to fill in the form provided.

Kindly adhere to the following requisites.

• Kindly fill in the form completely and forward the same to the Administrator for further processing.
  
  For the time being, we are in the process of fine tuning our processes of awarding the membership. Soon we will upgrade ourselves electronically.
  
  ( Those who forward the form physically, along with the payment, may ‘print/download’ the filled form. The payment shall accompany such form & be sent to the authorized representative. On Receipt of the form, the data will be loaded manually and the receipt of payment, I. Tax exemption certificate and the unique user id along personal email id or physically.)

  (After the membership form is filled in totally, ‘PROCEED’ in part IV, flashing all the time, to be clicked for sending the information to Administrator. Administrator will confirm the payment credit and send the following email on his/her personal email address with following contents.)
  
  
• Presently, our membership is open into the following categories only.
  
  a) Life Membership - Rs. 1,000 
  b) Fellow Membership - Rs. 11,000 
  c) Patron Membership - Rs. 1,00,000 
  d) Corporate Membership - Rs. 2,50,000
